These Terms & Conditions govern the educational consulting, application, and logistical services provided by Dream2Study to students wishing to study abroad.
Dream2Study is an admissions consultancy, student services, and logistical assistance office. We are not a university, academic institution, or government agency. We do not grant academic degrees directly; our role is to facilitate your registration and admission files at official universities abroad.
The student bears full responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all personal and academic documents submitted to us. Any manipulation or forgery of official certificates will result in immediate cancellation of the application, and the student will bear all legal consequences before the university and local government authorities.
Our agency fees cover advisory, application preparation, document tracking, and arrival logistics support, and are separate from official university tuition fees or government visa charges. All service fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are clearly explained and agreed upon before initiating any applications.
